We created a suite of videos and stills for urbanbubble at their Blackhorse Mills community in Walthamstow.
The brief was to capture the character of the development while showcasing high-quality property imagery. As urbanbubble’s developments are all one-of-ones, with their own brand identity, architecture, and sense of community, capturing this individuality was central to our approach, ensuring the images and videos reflected the character and atmosphere of Blackhorse Mills specifically.
To bring the development to life, we worked with real residents, models and pets, blending lifestyle moments with polished architectural visuals. The resulting content highlighted the warmth and vibrancy of the community, making the properties feel welcoming, aspirational, and ready to move into.
